Dave Pensado
Mix engineer and teacher
A Grammy-winning mixer behind huge R&B and pop records, Pensado opened his studio to the world with the web show Pensado's Place, alongside Herb Trawick.
Still heard: A generation of engineers learned to mix by watching him explain his moves.
